·        Reduced the county debt by over 1.5 Million Dollars

·        Completed a 1.3 million Dollar county jail expansion without borrowing any money

·        Created an electronic annual budget process

·        Improved reporting of county board sessions with DVD recordings

·        Personally designed and oversaw renovations of new commissioners’ office  

·        Addressed EPA issues aggressively using all types of grant funding

·        Working aggressively toward comprehensive road study for safer highways

·        Actively worked to receive over 11 Million Dollars in grants to date.
